Howard, post 28, UKIP would have to change their name, because without Scotland there is no United Kingdom.

The United Kingdom is a unity of three Kingdoms. England, Scotland and Ireland.
    Wales is not a kingdom.

The larger part of the Irish Kingdom left the Union, and Northern Ireland is not a kingdom, but part of one (Ireland).
England would be the only Kingdom left, and that is not enough to be a Union, not even by including the Kingdom of Kent, as Kent united with Wessex, and Wessex became a part of the One English Kingdom.

The British Constitution recognises all England as one Kingdom, and even Nigel Farage cannot change the Constitution on the Union.
He simply does not know what he's saying, when he sounds off in Scotland!

Without Scotland, there is no United Kingdom!
