    Well it's extremely interesting, Howard.
The United Kingdom Independence Party by name would be expected to represent within its core values as much Scotland as England.
But in the case of a separation, where would UKIP stand?
If they ceased to hold true to their name, taking sides with one Constituent member against the other, or claiming to represent three Constituent members against one, then they'd have to give up their party's name.

Clearly, Nigel Farage spoke to the Herald Scotland as an Englander.
So the Scots could see how long the "UK" part of the name held in Farage's heart, and probably sussed out that Farage doesn't have any hidden treasures stowed away in his perspective of the Scots.

Shepherd and the unwanted black sheep comes to mind. Or: little time on my mind to bother about the Scots.
    And: £This is a money issue£
