    They are not that poor Mr Bibby just the HQ will not help out the local groups ,they have cash and persons that have it to,but they will not part with it.Do not think that they do not.When I was chairman we was always diging deep into our own pockets you wait till election time you will find out we had to find the cash for me to stand for MP and local elections .You will not get much help from HQ in fact they will be asking you for some.
