  Why Howard?
  
  He created the problem in the first place.
  
  This is all down to his structural deficit.
  
  If you are suggesting that George Osborne is not cutting public spending deeply enough or quickly enough then I agree with you. I have been saying all along that he has only done enough to protect our AAA rating.
