"EU on brink of historic budget cut after all-nighter in Brussels
Both sides poised to claim victory as tortuous overnight negotiations look like delivering €34.4bn reduction in spending"
http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2013/feb/07/eu-summit-euro-budget-cameron Ignorance is bliss, bliss is happiness, I am happy...to draw your attention to the possible connectivity in the foregoing.

You would think a reduction in spending would mean a cut in UK contributions
Wrong .
Not in the twisting world of the EU money train,
It just means they will not squander has much as they planed to squander
But the squandering will still go on requiring a rise in the UK taxpayer's contributions

"My mum and dad and brother are also in London. I pay £800 a month rent but £600 of that money is covered by housing benefit.
"My brother gets child benefit and my mum gets disability benefit as she has a bad back.
"It is a good life — and it's a different world from here. In London I can earn £1,500 a month, while here I am lucky to get £200.
"Most of my 20 cousins have moved to the UK already. As soon as they lift the restrictions, I am sure even more of us will move there."
Yes, it's a good life, we pay for it.
Will Britain actually allow all this to happen by January 2014?
