Yes we love the eccentricity. Maybe that lady with the orange hat found it in her garden carried there by the wind straight from Dover. After all it was an orange beacon in the sky..who's to say it wasnt her hat.
However there is a serious problem with UFo's around these parts and its not to be sniffed at. Didnt Phil photograph one over the castle..and I myself, one dark night on a lonely beach nearby, saw something I'd never seen before in the dead of night, not from this particular beach vantage point anyway. First there was a throbbing sound, then a whining sound, ...I thought first of all it was someone having a row with his wife as wives generally do a lot of whining...then that awful rancid smell (diesel?), then I saw it...it was the 23 40 ferry to Calais!
Although what I was doing on a strange beach around midnight Im not prepared to discuss!
