Had just bought a property on the same road at the time when huge cracks appeared in the said Cafe and it was rumoured that it may tumble - knowing my luck I thought the whole lot would go taking me with it
However, although I no longer own a property there am happy to report that a local groundworks company bought the Cafe and spent considerable time and expense underpinning and extending/improving it.
I think it is a great place to stop off for a cuppa on the way to Samphire Hoe despite all the signs in the world which most will probably ignore (like the chap who nearly came a cropper going over the edge to reach his mobile)....
