Well this wont come as a shock to anyone but I guess Bankers will now occupy the all time top slot on the all time worst list. What a bunch they are..slippery is a mild word for it.
Previously in times past and always vieing for top slot were those.. ahem.. sadly misunderstood breeds .... Politicians and Estate Agents! Both pursuits known to embellish the treadbare facts with rose coloured rhetoric when it suits. But their murky deeds now pale into minuscule insignificance in comparison to Bankers.
Bankers have left us with massive debts, world wide economic crisies, job losses, inflation, and all round pain...yet even still most of 'em are enjoying the Ferrari bonus lifestyle..and the aforementioned politicians can do nothing about it as they are toothless when it comes to the real power.

I have educated my palette, so to speak, and have acquired a distaste for, 'Dreams'. It's not difficult, this self applied aversion-therapy. After all, the impetus, the encouragement and the rewards are on every side about us.
Whether it be; Ferrari, Princess (the variety of royal that is...not the Austin), world peace, or more tellingly an eternal place at your chosen god's knee, once you have fallen for an ideal you become easy prey to this or that 'Terry Thomas' character.
The most acute agony felt when railing against the greedy-bankers is the self-knowledge that it is the idea of a dream-come-true that allows spivs of all colours to thrive.
Maybe we do not dare tell the truth to ourselves and that the mistrust of others somehow lends justification to the shrug that is our response to our own misgivings.
Ignorance is bliss, bliss is happiness, I am happy...to draw your attention to the possible connectivity in the foregoing.
