Mr DIXON you have not looked at what I said read it again.
There is nothing posh about River .
But the lorrys we get up here and where Mr Dixon lives has nothing to do with the closed lay-bys on the A2 .
In the case of where Mr Dixon is it is the port.
And where we are is to do with a trading park that has a low bridge over the road ,so the only way in is the street with the c/pub on the corner .they miss that turning and come up to where we are then have to turn around to go back.It does not happen a lot anyway. Aycliffe does suffer the most but as I have already wrote there are ways round stopping that. And the K.C.C. AND THE D.H.B. should share the cost in putting it to right close of Aycliffe to the A20 keeping a pathway open for the public make up the road going over the top to the town and that would end it 100%.or as I also said make it one way by closing half the road off that leads up to Aycliffe at the a20 round about and make that exit only and the way in would be from the town up M/HILL . There you are all done.
