    There are other ways round where you are Mr Dixon the KCC could make the road going over the top a better road and seal off where the big round about is and do away with the round about and in that way it would be safer for all . and stop what is happing now to where you are.
    Or seal half the road off leading up to where you are make it one way in via m/hill out via the a20 that would also stop any lorrys and cars going in that way.
