Driving past the Castle Inn a few minutes ago I noticed 2 emergency ambulances and two police cars outside, as well as a knot of people gathered round.

I hope it was nothing really serious but two ambulances does not bode well.

We keep hearing about slow response times from the ambulance service but this time they cannot be faulted, 5 days in advance.
