    I always find these fall outs leaves a nasty taste in the mouth.

    Having been a cllr for 25 years one of many ways of communicating the councils
    ideas etc was to attend community/parish meetings.
    we may not have always agreed, but certainly i cant recall ever getting to the stage of being banned to give a report.

    and for the chair to use the words the working relationship has broken down, doesn't bode well for the future
