I am not looking for a pay out myself but I am saying it is wrong to aske a boss for a ex payment for hrs not worked this will end up workers who like myself worked many miles away from base that added sometimes up to five hrs ex per day just get there and home again +the hrs you are on site no less than eight .What will happen the boss will not pay the hrs getting to and from base only the hrs you work.
We have seen this already in the pass 3years company,s only paying one way or driver only and even some case nothing or they will call a local company in and he then will only have to pay them a one off,so this is a no win for anyone or even more part-workers in shops and the list goes on and on.
