  Absolutely agree with your point Howard. The useful idiots feel like they are doing something and now they can put their feet up for the next couple of months and slavishly queue up in the lobby to vote whichever way they are told to.
  The thing about wind farms is that people don't realise that their use creates more carbon (we're all gonna die) dioxide than the use of conventional fuels. When they don't spin they need back up generation from existing fossil fuel power plants and these power plants need to be switched on permanently.
  The only people I know who think these things are beautiful are either hippies, socialists or drunks.
