  This simple accident on Jubilee Way this morning caused the earlier widespread chaos this morning. Although looking simple... the truck ran into the sandpit at the bottom, a tow truck was needed to haul it out blocking the single down lane. So they needed to close the entire downward side..all traffic shuttled elsewhere.
  

  

  So there you have it..an animal transporter too as you can see.
  It was all opened up again about 11.45am.
