18:2888347At 17-00 hrs the Tower Hamlet traffic lights where out of action.
So if anyone is around that area in the dark hours please take caution.

18:3988348They were out of action at miday today Ian, but for a change people were taking turns on going at the lights, instead of the usual wacky races type of thing.

20:2388355They were working as I came by at 18.30.
Talking of Traffic lights, the ones on London Road/Coombe Valley Road have been changed now but they were green for 12 seconds until recently, just time to go from Red at London Rd/ CherrY Tree to red at the next one.
If you knew what I know,we would both be in trouble!

21:1688366They were out of action when I came back from watching the new ferry, but the traffic and pedestrians seemed to be coping well without any dramas.
