  There is a big difference between our right to protest and these fanatics disrupting so many daily lives, that is simply selfish and pointless as it puts us against their so called cause. The problem is these people simply want publicity rather than do anything more practical, this latest stunt has done nothing except alienate everyone who wanted to use that area.
  
  I think I would prefer these stronger laws so long as the result means the majority can go about their daily lives as normal. We will have forgotten about this latest fiasco in a couple of weeks proving it was a complete waste of time but cost money that would be better spent by the emergency services helping or saving those who are in genuine need.
