  I cannot see the port front that roundabout.. Has the boss of Highways England got X-Ray eyes like superman..Cannot even see Snargate street from there.
  
  I know let’s makes a control booth with good communication and cameras monitoring traffic flow at the lay by.
  
  With traffic booths only in operation for TAP the paperwork can be checked and if not correct they go round again.. Also keeps the police and operators dry in miserable conditions.
