According to my academic sources the latest review of the quality of LF tests suggests reading the entrails of a chicken would be more accurate...

The review suggests they return at least 25% false negatives

The advice of the Royal College of Pathologists is that the LF tests are not sufficiently sensitive or accurate to rule out false negatives further all positive test should immediately be followed up with a lab run RT-PCR test and all and those with a negative should follow all current oral/respiratory health guidelines and monitor themselves for symptoms.
