I remember that Baby shop Howard. All I was asking then with the Dover Loyalty Scheme, was £3.00 a week - two cups of coffee a week, so not much to be promoted on a good web-site and in the Dover Express every month.

He kept saying he's never had to advertise as he was the only baby shop in town - I never saw more than one person in there, most times I passed, it was empty.

I took no money from that scheme, but put all the money back in it, to keep the full-page monthly adverts going. That's why I stopped it, because it was costing me too much money - mad really, but I thought it was helping the businesses.

Mind you, £3.50 a week is all businesses would have to pay to join up to my Channel Chamber Dover, pro-active Business Support scheme, which has so much more to offer and it's still the price of two cups of coffee a week.
