My view of the paintings hasn't changed, but I didn't know they were done by children, I do not recall it being stated that they were painted by young people, so I am happy to apologise if it was felt I insulted young people's painting ability.

Would it not have been helpful if the paintings had either who painted them and their ages, or just the age of the painter.

There could also have been some good paintings by grown-ups - couldn't there ? Maybe a painting competition and the best 10 put up.

I wasn't moaning just for the sake of it - honest.

Instead of telling everyone what should be done Roger, why didn't you get off your arse and help out? You're very good at writing copious pages of theoretical, pompous evaluations, yet when it comes to the crunch you can't back it up with physical actions.
Get a grip, stop whinging and actually do something for the people of Dover whom you claim to represent.
Better still, retire from political life and let someone that actually gives a damn represent us.
