  Good morning Roger, yes we have seen the documents and they contain very useful information which has helped to form a strategy for the bid. We have held meetings with lots of organisations and their input is gratefully received, the team is still very much in its infancy and developing, its a case of collating information and deciding which is most pertinent to the bid.
  
  As was the case when we first applied, its difficult to form a definite plan until or unless we know whether we have the money, after this next stage I guess we'll know where we stand and will act accordingly.
  
  I'm not personally aware of any emails sent to the Town Team and of course cant answer for the Town Council.
  
  Thanks as usual for your input, via this forum I'll keep you up to speed with progress
