    Simon, that sounds a very good use of market funds

    Don't forget that a large number of people who use the shops and businesses in the town and use services like dentists, vets and pharmacies live in the villages - I'm sure most parish councils would welcome a visit by one of the town team to here about your plans and could give some useful feedback.
