    I suppose that depends on your definition of Dover. Several things are less vague though: they all work in the town, create employment, pay taxes and care enough to give up their spare time for the benefit of others.

    If the fools hiding behind pseudonyms on here were to follow suit the town would be a far more prosperous place.
