  @David, I sent email apologies for being unable to attend. I was reliant on my husband getting home in time as I am unable to drive at present due to surgery on my hand. He had hoped to be back in time for us both to attend but it didn't happen. I contacted the National Lottery as to how we could make donated lottery tickets to a 'Dover Fund' work but they seemed to confuse my idea with a syndicate. I phoned and spoke with a staff member whom thought it a good idea and suggested we run it by a solicitor to see how it could be made to work as they (Nat. Lottery) need a name to make winnings payable to. I'm sure we could make this work especially if the larger stores, Tesco, Morrisons, would opt in.
