Find potential customers for the end product.
If this can all be assessed at paperwork level before any expenses are incurred, that would be satisfactory.
While a pair of shoes made in Dover would exceed in price the £5 Vic pays online, they should still be below the £55 - £85 that Made in India charge in Dover High Street.
And a pair of trousers should not cost more than the £10 - £25 that Made in China charge in Dover.
