    I wondered if it were possible to have a recepticle at designated outlets, ie. Tesco, Morrisons etc., in fact anywhere that Lottery Tickets are sold and for those so inclined to purchase a lottery ticket, sign the back to something on the lines of 'Dover Fund' and to pop it into the recepticle. If the holder were see through it might even encourage more locals to add to it's chances of hitting the jackpot! Any winnings could be allowed to accumulate for a year and then used for the most voted for project put forward by the people of Dover. I for one would be happy to buy a separate £1 ticket knowing any winnings were going towards 'beautifying' my home town. I'm sure it is do-able!
