    Dover Town Council in turmoil! Well I quite agree with comment No. 2. This year what with the recent scandal and earlier a Town Councillor turning up to a VJ Day memorial ceremony dressed in dressing gown and NO trousers, and Councillors posting stuff through letterboxes without Health & Safety training! This Town Council is a constant joke and costing the tax payer a huge amount of much needed funds to promote this valuable Cinque Port Town. What is the point of a Town Council? :
