  i admire your continued dig at the chamber but you do have an axe to grind there when they sacked you with no come back.
  
  it sometimes clouds the issue,
  
  with regard to council tax so
  
  at present we pay the district council for service A
  they pass the service onto the town council, thus no exspense to the district
  yet we continue to pay the same council tax to the district.
  
  then the town council will put the council tax up
  
  thus paying twice !!!!
