Levelling Up Fund round 1/2 announced Oct 21/Nov 23.
The £30,009 (!) is average council cost in paying their useless staff, probably working from home, to fill in the application.
Money will be spent on projects necessarily over quite a long period of time - look at haw long it took between original 'go ahead' and first bit of Market Square to be dug into for example.
Just because you have found a magic money tree does not mean you have also found a magic wand to fulfill projects immediately.
