They don't, they cannot work as a nurse until qualified, there is a plethora of nursing jobs that don't require the degree though; practice nurse, HCA, care worker dental assistant and a few others.
Spoke to a staff member from farthingloe today she did know the full details of inspection but one of the issues was unsealed concrete floor in butchery, apparently a major no no?
