  The first item was announced a few weeks back, hopefully all groups mentioned will have an input.
  
  Good to see that someone will be employed to deal with the owners of rundown properties after much pressure from the Dover Society. Repaving the Biggin Street stretch will improve things and hopefully the street furniture will be improved. Installing seats that people can sit on and replacing badly damaged bins should be a priority.
