    Ross, it makes you wonder why you bother doesn't it?

    If any of the grizzlers on here could be bothered to attend the odd meeting they'd discover the facts instead of listening to half baked innuendo and starting malicious rumours.

    Why not go in and ask Ian, he's a nice bloke, I'm sure he'll tell you all about his thriving business and the property he doesn't own.

    Or would you rather have ANOTHER empty building in the centre of town?
