Once upon a time, like half a century ago, it was the dream of many people to retire and open a small tobacconists. Those days are long gone however. Surprisingly the modern equivalent has just opened in Dover's London Road. It's called "SMOKE'air
Store" and it's the brainchild of Tony Thompson, a local businessman in the transport business.
The shop sells electronic cigarettes. You buy an initial kit with the holder and charger and then top it up with liquid. Being a non-smoker myself this is all new to me but apparently it's just a fraction of the cost of the normal coffin nails.
