Mid-summer (well sort of) madness came to Cherry Tree Avenue today when Ann & Pams Florists put on a "Mad Hatter's Tea Party".
Pam Drew, herself suffering from cancer, put on the event to raise money for three charities, the Pilgrims Hospice, Macmillan Nurses and the Willow trust.

The redoubtable Ronnie Philpott was also there but attempted to hide by borrowing a wig. Also pictured is Julie Milner who made the cake. Her mum died from cancer a few weeks ago.
