They seem to have stopped doing it recently judging by the litter strewn around. Priory Street is the worst with fast food containers, cans and cigarette ends covering the pavements. Yesterday I was going past the college where there are two large modern bins outside one for recycling and one for general waste and both were overflowing.

I did not notice the litter this morning but I did notice the lack of people, the town was empty at about 11.30.
