Town centre burglaries

Small businesses pay a huge amount in business rates I do not see why they should have to fund extra private security, they should only have to make their premises are as secure as possible.-----------------------------------------------------------------------
I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.
------------------------------------------------------------------- - 21 March 2018 18:33341421The Police don't have the person power to deal with what they see as low level crime as evidenced by the lack of interest with the Salle Verte break in where the felon left his DNA behind. PCSOs are sent round to advise on security but only metal grills usually covering the frontages in inner city crime spots would be effective.
Businesses have to weigh up things like higher insurance premiums and loss of business against paying a security firm. - Andy B
