    I saw a waterspout from my office window on Marine Parade about 5 years ago. I emailed the bbc southeast who were very jealous that they hadn't seen it. Fortunately someone had got footage of it and it was broadcast. It was after that I decided to buy a camera to keep in the office so I wouldn't miss anything in future.
