  Just found out that the Olympic Torch will sail into Dover aboard the 'Stavros S Niarchos' tall ship.

  I believe the cost was paid for by KCC, probably with support from the Arts Council :-S, the ship is travelling from Poole to Dover under the voyage name 'Kent CC Voyage of Discovery'.
