    I fully agree with Jan, regardless of who is responsible we should always have toilets to use. On the seafront, we have toilets that are [U]sometimes[/U] available, it's too 'hit and miss' I think. Like I said earlier, it's like having a car on the drive but without the keys! Surely the DTC should audit whoever it is that manages these loos to ensure they are doing what they say they would do?
