  This morning yet again I found a man trying the doors to the locked toilets along the seafront. He stopped me as I walked by and asked what time they opened!!
  
  I told him that I had no idea and pointed to the beach (he wasn't english), so as I walked off, I saw him not walk to the beach but walk to the shelter. He stood in there and let it all out! There is some sort of damage there at the moment, loose guttering or whatever with a load of Police warning tape all over it, but I guess he was desperate as it didn't stop him. There is no surprise therefore, that when it's hot like this, it smells. Please, someone unlock those toilets, its like having a car and no keys!
