  Just to add - we were the 'business that pulled out' half way through proceedings, which was, as we told the town clerk, because we wouldn't of been able to even have a secure estimate of making enough to cover our costs, even with a peppercorn rent agreement (as offered). Surely this shows that only a CIC, like Pebbles, is suitable to run the toilets! Fingers crossed for seafront facilities very soon!!;)
