It is interesting though that tory cllrs appear to agree with my viewpoint.
Opening the toilets at any cost is not a good way.
The Town council though appears to have got itself in a muddle although to re tender about the best option.
Posters should recall that Cllr collor and his merry men were happy just to shut all the toilets
