An excellent day yesterday visiting Stelling Church (box pews and all decked out for a wedding) and Elham Church (alabaster triptych of Thomas Becket).
Today coffee @ Black Douglas to read papers whilst someone listens to the Archers uninterrupted (what does she mean 'that Kenton is getting just like you'?), scrambled eggs and smoked salmon on toast for breakfast, gym this afternoon and back to Choral Evensong on Radio 3.
Far too young for grandchildren!
