    Thanks gents, daughter and I just could not think what it meant.

    Sorry but I fail to see how moving the VIC will help the market improve. It needs the town's people to have a reason to go to the Market Square more, surely the VIC is only of interest to visitors who might go in that direction anyway.

    Interesting shops are the only thing that will draw shoppers to that area and the shops seem to be moving towards my direction not seawards, I can not remember the last time I went past Holland and Barrett to buy anything.
