  not much sign of a relaunch roger unless you count an uninspring handbill in the convenience shop window.
  
  the number of stall seemed to me like last summers average, the impression given is of an unmanaged hotch potch of individual traders.
  
  to my mind a relaunch would involve something like a clown hired for the day handing out balloons or even a musician that would make enough sound to make people walk down there, i can hear ray dusting down his banjo as i type.
