Today 3 Labour MP's have gone to the supreme court to try to stop having to go to court, wantng to be judged in house as they say.
They should have no different privilidges in this lne.
Of course sadly tories, lb dems, also got caught with there hand in the till which makes it more difficult.
But at the end of the day, the system allows people to abuse it.
So although all those MP's are wrong, it's the system that needs a big review.
Sadly it looks like under the cobbled together govt, not much will change.
