  This coming Saturday, 20 August, 11am to 4pm in Tilmanstone Village Hall (next to the Playing Field)
  
  -- an Exhibition of Old Photographs - this time on: "Tilmanstone Celebrations & Events"
  
  also display of
  
  Wartime Communications Equipment and an Enigma Machine
  
  Admission £1 (includes tea/coffee & biscuit)- Other refreshments available lunchtime & afternoon
  
  Tombola (for St Andrews Church Funds), Raffle and all other proceeds in aid of Village Hall Funds
  
  Hope to see some of you there.

  doesn't look to me like they are celebrating judging by the photo.

  I think there will be hot dogs served at lunchtime, and in the afternoon scones and cakes.

  It was good to see so much support at the exhibition at Tilmanstone, and meet so many people.
  Photos show John Elgar with his WW2 display and the enigma machine,talking to villager Derek Gibbs.
  Photographs on display being closely examined by Tom and Rose Parfitt and Dot Marshall. Thanks to all the organisers, raised a nice sum for the village hall and church.
