  Probably only get clamped if registered to a house in that street.DVLA dont seem to check the streets at random quite so much as they used to.More just relying on the reg number coming up on their computers as an untaxed car so all they have to do is just turn up at that address and clamp if its outside the house.like most they have made cutbacks just as the Police have done,hence more dodgy unroadworthy cars running around just getting away with it.
