Food labelling is all very confusing as it is, I heard on the radio this morning that 5 million tons of eatable foods are thrown away each year..un-necessarily.. because Jo Public including yours truly have trouble following the instructions. Any clarification will be good.
Also another problem, no matter what it says on the label I cant read it because some of the printing is so small, its tiny quite often, part of the problem when you get on a bit is you just cant read it. I call for bigger printing.
You cant read the things in the supermarket, you would need to walk around with those super strength but ever so weird eye-glasses, you know..the ones that make your eyeballs look enormous.
